TSSR: A Leadership Development Model

This work presents a new model, a three-stage approach to leadership development based on the ancient principle of Apprentices learning from Journeymen, who in turn learn from Masters. The acronym for the model is TSSR, which is pronounced Ta-zer and stands for Tyro, Servant-Steward, and Regent.
