Change Readiness Assessment
The Change Readiness Assessment consists of 20 questions in the form of agreement statements. The respondents conduct the assessment by choosing the response that corresponds with their perception of how the statement characterizes their team, department, business unit, organization or company.
The assessment provides the basis to determine the readiness for change within four areas of readiness:
- Organization
- Individual
- Culture
- Technical
The assessment facilitates understanding the challenges for implementing change in the organization, including
- Smooth road ahead
- Some bumps and curves ahead
- Some major roadblocks ahead
- Some critical road closures and detours ahead
The Change Readiness Assessment is self-scoring, paper-based (PDF) including the self-assessment instrument, facilitator's helps, and PowerPoint visuals for conducting a feedback workshop.
Pricing
The cost is $120.00 for the package of 10 individual assessments, facilitator’s helps, and workshop visual set. Additional assessments at $10.00 each. Quantity discounts start at 100 individual assessments.
Agreement
The agreement is a license within the terms and conditions of Creative Commons, Attribution, Non-Commercial, No Derivatives (www.creativecommons.org). The agreement allows the right to use the number of copies purchased without modification to the content. The PDF files are copy-protected and fingerprinted with the purchaser’s identification in the form of small font at the bottom of the page.
