Tim Rutledge, Ph.D.
Tim Rutledge is the President of Mattanie Press. He is a consultant, writer, speaker, career coach, and trainer with special expertise in the area of employee engagement and retention. He is the author of Getting Engaged: The New Workplace Loyalty, Mattanie Press, 2005, 2009, as well as numerous articles.
Known across Canada and the United States as an expert in human resources development, Dr. Rutledge is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. He is the regular monthly columnist on human resources management issues for Charity Village.
Tim has a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. He is a former trustee of the Toronto Board of Education, and a former president of the Toronto Training Board. He has taught at the University of Toronto, the University of Saskatchewan, and York University.
Tim is married and has two adult children. He lives in Toronto.
